This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver daily assistance to the Account Management Team, enabling the team to achieve both individual and collective performance goals.
• Oversee daily operations, which include coordinating delivery schedules, addressing complaints and return & reship requests, managing existing customer relationships and master data, as well as order entry and management.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among various internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
• Serve as a primary contact for customer service escalations from key platform service brand partners, ensuring prompt and high-quality resolution of issues.
• Recognize process inefficiencies within the team and assist in the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at continuously enhancing service quality.
• Demonstrate fluency in both Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) to effectively connect with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively across functions to drive results, ensure alignment, and hold team members accountable for their performance.
• Proactively seek out business opportunities and independently champion initiatives that enhance performance and outcomes.
• Utilize strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities to accurately interpret data and guide decision-making.
