This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
β’ Ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes through our product or service.
β’ Serve as a crucial link between the company and its clients.
β’ Perform legal research and prepare legal documents.
β’ Offer assistance on legal issues and enhance overall service quality.
β’ Manage customer inquiries and ensure they are resolved promptly and accurately.
β’ Assist customers during the tech setup process involving their source code management platform.
β’ Collaborate with leads to provide guidance about the service via email and website chat.
β’ Prepare reports based on customer data and specifications.
β’ Knowledge of LegalTech concepts.
β’ Previous experience in customer success or a related role is advantageous.
β’ Skill in drafting legal documents.
β’ Experience working with a variety of companies across different sizes and industries.
β’ Strong analytical thinking and a proactive mindset.
β’ Excellent written communication skills in English.
β’ Proficient in modern web tools, such as Google Docs and similar platforms.
β’ Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
