This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Evaluate a significant volume of AI-generated call transcripts and text messages to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Detect inconsistencies, errors, and edge cases that necessitate human intervention.
• Highlight any missing or delayed system outputs before they escalate into larger issues.
• Assess the appropriate next steps when the AI faces ambiguous or invalid scenarios.
• Identify when a conversation or workflow becomes invalid and take immediate action.
• Clearly and concisely communicate issues to internal teams and clients via platforms such as Slack and Teams.
• Organize escalations to ensure the receiving team understands the situation, necessary next steps, and the rationale behind it.
• Maintain professional, calm, and precise communication even under time constraints.
• Identify recurring patterns and insights to relay to the product and operations teams.
• Document edge cases and aid in refining the handling of new scenarios.
• Assist in the seamless execution of ongoing pilots and new deployments.
• Experience as a senior executive assistant, operations coordinator, project manager, or a similar role with significant ownership.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail in high-volume environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a professional level.
• Ability to make independent decisions in ambiguous and rapidly changing situations.
• Proficient in using multiple communication platforms simultaneously, including Slack, Teams, and SMS.
• Dependable, responsive, and available to work from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
• Knowledge of EMR or EHR systems; training will be provided for the suitable candidate.
• Experience in supporting operations within a healthcare or regulated setting.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools or AI-powered products is desirable.
