This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Foster robust customer relationships and facilitate success.
• Manage customer support through phone and email channels, addressing general inquiries as well as questions related to contracts and invoices.
• Assist customers and local teams with contract management and invoice-related tasks, in addition to other customer service activities.
• Execute proactive outreach campaigns.
• Proficient communication skills in English (B2) and German (C1).
• Background in Customer Success, Account Management, or BPO.
• Customer-oriented mindset combined with excellent communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and technologically adept (experience with SAP/Salesforce is advantageous).
