• Configure and set up our intricate B2B product, which encompasses functional logic akin to Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and similar platforms;
• Execute demo calls to thoroughly grasp client business requirements and deliver impactful product demonstrations to highlight value and functionality;
• Create and deliver extensive training sessions for clients to promote high user adoption;
• Take proactive steps in managing the client journey, nurturing robust relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor to ensure continued satisfaction and success;
• Oversee a portfolio of accounts with an emphasis on retention while identifying opportunities to enhance client plans based on their evolving needs.
• 1-2+ years of experience in a related role, such as Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management
• Demonstrated experience in setting up a complex B2B product with functional logic (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable large-scale ERP/CRM/SaaS solutions)
• A customer-focused and responsible mindset
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Outstanding presentation and account management capabilities.
• Fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, from 9am to 6pm GMT-5
