This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Assist customers in resolving their trading and administrative inquiries proactively to maintain a positive customer experience.
β’ Stay informed about financial market news and upcoming events to provide anticipatory and informative service to the customer base, exceeding their expectations.
β’ Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM and related systems throughout the day, adhering to departmental standards.
β’ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements in your actions.
β’ Prior experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
β’ Demonstrated knowledge or interest in the CFD/FX/online trading industry.
β’ Experience working for a CFD Broker or a similar organization is advantageous.
β’ Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Polish is required.
