• Assist customers in resolving their trading and administrative inquiries proactively to maintain a positive customer experience.
• Stay informed about financial market news and upcoming events to provide anticipatory and informative service to the customer base, exceeding their expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM and related systems throughout the day, adhering to departmental standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements in your actions.
• Prior experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge or interest in the CFD/FX/online trading industry.
• Experience working for a CFD Broker or a similar organization is advantageous.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Polish is required.
