This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Serve as a Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for Bitwarden and our range of services.
• Enhance your skills across all Bitwarden applications and services to effectively guide, train, and articulate features and functionalities to users and/or customers.
• Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot issues and proactively identify solutions for potential future challenges they may encounter.
• Deliver exceptional customer support.
• Assist with billing and account management tasks.
• Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, Development, and Product teams.
• A strong desire to assist Bitwarden users.
• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities (you may not have all the answers, but you know how to seek out and convey solutions).
• A high level of empathy and the capability to advocate for others.
• Background in a prior technical role (e.g., Systems Administrator, Quality Assurance Technician, Support Technician, Help Desk Technician, etc.). If you lack this experience but possess relevant education or demonstrable skills, we encourage you to apply.
