Customer Success Specialist – Commercial Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships within assigned accounts across all business lines;

• Enhance customer success throughout their lifecycle by actively engaging with Clicksign teams, identifying opportunities for growth and minimizing churn risks;

• Track and support customer satisfaction, metrics, engagement, and retention for the customer portfolio utilizing available tools, and suggest improvement strategies as necessary;

• Contribute to and recommend ongoing improvement initiatives to boost product experience and adoption, sharing insights with Clicksign’s Solutions and Product teams;

• Follow up and document customer requests via the company’s official communication channels;

• Promote the adoption of our solutions and/or services by presenting best practices and designing initiatives aimed at achieving the customer's desired outcomes;

• Oversee the performance of high-complexity customers utilizing products and services, monitoring customer success metrics and anticipating potential challenges;

• Generate and present tracking reports for key customer indicators as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in the SaaS industry.

• Familiarity with HubSpot.

• Background in the financial sector or fintech operations.
