This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Offer daily assistance to the Account Management Team, aiding in achieving both individual and team performance objectives.

• Support daily operations by coordinating delivery schedules, handling complaints and return & reship requests, maintaining existing customer relationships and master data, as well as managing order entry and processing.

• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among various internal and external stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements.

• Serve as a primary contact for customer service escalations originating from key platform service brand partners, ensuring prompt and high-quality resolution of issues.

• Recognize process deficiencies within the team and contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at continuously enhancing service quality.

• Possess fluent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) to effectively engage with partners and internal stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively across functions to drive results, ensure alignment, and hold team members accountable for their performance.

• Proactively identify business opportunities and independently spearhead initiatives that enhance performance and outcomes.

• Utilize strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities to accurately interpret data and inform decision-making processes.

• Excel in a fast-paced environment by remaining highly organized, adapting swiftly to changes, influencing others, and managing multiple priorities effectively.
