This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Propel Pluralsight’s Client Engagement Model to guarantee the success of both customers and Pluralsight.
• Anticipate customer requirements and proactively identify and alleviate risks throughout the customer life cycle, ensuring a smooth renewal and negotiation process, ultimately setting your accounts up for expansion.
• Conduct and lead regular check-ins with key customers to ensure they are deriving the maximum value from the product/service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, to pinpoint growth opportunities and facilitate a seamless customer experience.
• Offer in-depth product knowledge and utilize your expertise to suggest the appropriate services and configurations tailored to each customer's unique needs.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Success and Renewals is required.
• Strong skills in negotiation, prioritization, and relationship building.
• Experience in B2B SaaS; familiarity with the SaaS renewal process is preferred.
• Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and Gong is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
