Customer Success Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust connections with professional breeders on MundoAnimalia.

• Offer customized advice on effectively listing, promoting, and managing advertisements.

• Actively reach out via phone and email to guarantee breeders’ satisfaction and success.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance breeder engagement and retention.

• Partner with marketing to create and execute outreach or educational campaigns.

• Contribute to fortifying the breeder community through trust-building and transparent communication.

• Collaborate closely with PMG’s broader Customer Success and Operations teams throughout Europe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in customer success, sales, or community management (experience in a marketplace or startup is advantageous).

• Exceptional communication abilities—comfortable with direct phone outreach and empathetic problem-solving.

• Data-driven approach with the capability to monitor and enhance engagement performance.

• Proficient in Italian and comfortable working in English (Pet Media Group operates internationally).

• Proactive attitude—someone who thrives on taking ownership, learning quickly, and assisting others in achieving success.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Customer.io, HubSpot, or similar platforms (bonus points).

• A passion for animals or the pet industry.

• Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth digital environment.
