This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist farmers and livestock producers during their initial 90 days, which includes pasture mapping, application configuration, and animal conditioning/training protocols.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers to ensure satisfaction, facilitate renewals, and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Address inquiries related to software, applications, and hardware via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Simplify complex technical challenges into clear, actionable guidance.
• Provide support for collar maintenance, as well as solar and battery health diagnostics, and physical collar replacements.
• Keep accurate customer records and document support interactions and product feedback within the CRM system.
• Record and escalate technical product performance trends to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Represent Nofence at regional agricultural trade shows, community events, and occasionally at customer operations.
• Strong agricultural background, ideally with experience in pasture management, rotational grazing, animal welfare, or livestock operations.
• Demonstrated experience in customer success, technical support, account management, or another customer-facing position.
• Experience in technology, agtech, or hardware-enabled SaaS is preferred.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in an agricultural, business, or technical discipline is advantageous.
• Exceptional practical farming or customer support experience may substitute for formal educational qualifications.
• Interest in IoT and hardware technologies.
• Capability to learn and articulate GPS mapping, cellular connectivity, and mobile application features.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work remotely, prioritize daily tasks, and take ownership of customer issues.
• Detail-oriented with strong skills in systematic documentation and workflow management.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows, community events, and occasionally to customer operations.
