πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Engaging with platform specialists through Intercom to assist in resolving their queries.

β€’ Serving as a dedicated manager for specialists, fostering the development of their practice on the platform.

β€’ Reviewing specialist profiles to ensure compliance with platform standards.

β€’ Assisting new specialists with the onboarding process.

β€’ Participating in initiatives aimed at user satisfaction and platform growth.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 1-3 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or related fields.

β€’ Proficient experience with Intercom, Zendesk, or similar customer service management tools.

β€’ C1 proficiency in English.

β€’ Quick learner with a strong desire to acquire new skills.

β€’ Excellent attention to detail.

β€’ Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.

β€’ Strong problem-solving abilities and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
