This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ Engaging with platform specialists through Intercom to assist in resolving their queries.
β’ Serving as a dedicated manager for specialists, fostering the development of their practice on the platform.
β’ Reviewing specialist profiles to ensure compliance with platform standards.
β’ Assisting new specialists with the onboarding process.
β’ Participating in initiatives aimed at user satisfaction and platform growth.
β’ 1-3 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or related fields.
β’ Proficient experience with Intercom, Zendesk, or similar customer service management tools.
β’ C1 proficiency in English.
β’ Quick learner with a strong desire to acquire new skills.
β’ Excellent attention to detail.
β’ Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
β’ Strong problem-solving abilities and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
