This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Regularly monitor back-order and planning reports to proactively identify supply chain risks and opportunities.
• Analyze supply chain data and create clear, actionable solutions aimed at enhancing product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with supply chain, sales, marketing, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure precise forecasting and optimal inventory levels.
• Actively engage in meetings with planners and country teams to remain aligned on potential supply challenges and product allocation decisions.
• Provide timely and transparent updates to the sales team, facilitating effective customer communication and managing expectations.
• Contribute to the successful launch of New Products by partnering with the European Marketing team to ensure timely availability across all European warehouses at market introduction.
• Assist the Customer Success Manager in mid- to long-term projects aimed at improving customer experience and services, with a strong emphasis on Customer Care and Service & Repair processes.
• Utilize innovation and AI-driven tools to continuously enhance reporting, data analysis, communication efficacy, and the overall customer experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in management, Industrial management, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the medical device sector.
• Basic understanding of SAP and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including proficiency with pivot tables.
• Strong command of English (reading, conversation, and writing); proficiency in additional European languages is a bonus.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with a strong emphasis on execution excellence.
• Excellent communication abilities with a demonstrated capacity to collaborate and influence effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting, showcasing strong ownership, accountability, and self-organization.
