This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Engage with our customers by addressing their inquiries and requests (via chat, email, and phone), from 08:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and from 09:00 to 18:00 on Saturday.
• Offer assistance to our customers regarding their pets and our insurance offerings and enrollment process.
• Continuously enhance the customer experience based on feedback in collaboration with other departments at Lassie.
• Get involved in exciting projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
• You have previous experience in customer service, whether in a veterinary practice/clinic or a position involving direct customer interaction.
• You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• You approach your work in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
• You are capable of multitasking—providing advice to our customers while also supporting internal projects.
• You have a curious mindset and are always eager to learn new things.
• You are adaptable, proactive, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You enjoy collaborating within a team and value regular interaction with colleagues (French, Swedish, and German).
• You have a strong command of spoken and written French, along with basic English skills.
