• Maintain clear and proactive communication with both clients and internal teams.
• Quickly resolve issues to ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Aid in renewals by consistently providing a robust client experience.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships.
• Practical experience with automation tools (proficiency in Zapier or Make is essential).
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading calls via Zoom.
• Proficient in managing timelines, workflows, and CRM systems.
• Calm, proactive, and exceptionally organized.
