This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and assist traders in utilizing the TraderFox software.
• Provide guidance and support to our customers through video calls, phone conversations, and written communication.
• Offer assistance with inquiries regarding the TraderFox software and its various features.
• Document, analyze, and resolve any technical issues that arise.
• Evaluate whether challenges stem from the software itself or from the trading process.
• Communicate feedback and suggestions for improvements to internal teams.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and service-oriented support.
• You are an outgoing individual who enjoys engaging with customers.
• Strong understanding of and genuine interest in trading and the stock market.
• Exceptional communication skills for video calls, phone interactions, and written correspondence.
• Confident and proficient in using software and digital tools.
• Strong orientation towards customer service and satisfaction.
• Demonstrated flexibility, reliability, and teamwork.
• Proficiency in German at the C2 level and English at the C1 level.
