Customer Success Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You ensure that clients not only initiate the program but also genuinely complete it, achieve their goals, and remain with us for the long term.

• You conduct regular one-on-one calls, group coaching sessions, and follow-ups.

• You ensure that at least 50% of all clients purchase an additional product from us and proactively coordinate handoffs with our sales team to facilitate this.

• You nurture clients in such a way that they not only finish their current program but also desire to remain part of our community for the long haul.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in structured care or support roles for individuals — whether in coaching, nursing, public service, consulting, teaching, law enforcement, the military, or a similar field.

• Excellent communication skills: you know how to engage individuals, establish trust, and effectively communicate difficult truths.

• A disciplined, process-oriented approach to work — you adhere to a system before questioning it.

• Emotional resilience: you can empathize with multiple clients simultaneously without experiencing burnout.

• Experience in structured environments (military, police, healthcare, public service, competitive sports, etc.) is a distinct advantage.

• You are eager to collaborate with the team in building something significant and managing a stable client base.
