This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Management and further development of our key accounts in daily operations
• Proactive communication through regular check-ins, alignments, and advisory discussions
• Close collaboration with onboarding, sales, and product management teams
• Identification of optimization and growth opportunities (e.g., expanded usage)
• Support with contract renewals and extensions
• Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and involvement in customer retention initiatives (e.g., NPS)
• Training and enabling our clients for optimal use of our software
• Proactive measures for churn prevention and planning and executing win-back activities to reactivate customers
• Completed training or degree in business administration or economics – ideally with an interest in software solutions and customer management
• Experience in key account management, customer success, or technical customer service, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven successes in increasing customer satisfaction, retention rates, and net revenue retention
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Ability to convey complex information understandably and engage customers
• Structured, self-reliant working style and high service orientation
• Analytical thinking along with a good understanding of processes and software solutions
• Passion for sharing knowledge and developing customers
• Excellent German and English language skills
