This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Provide customer support services including data entry and verification, setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting data loading scripts, as well as creating mappings and configurations for data imports.

• Convert large Excel spreadsheets into suitable formats.

• Manage existing accounts and configure the port settings.

• Reach out to customers to rectify errors, verify data, send missing information, and deliver outcomes of data imports.

• Collaborate with the product management team and report any bugs encountered.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a financial analyst, auditor, or accounting specialist.

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher.

• Strong expertise in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• A degree in a scientific field.

• Detail-oriented and capable of handling a substantial volume of numerical data.

• Punctual and self-driven.
