This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the entire client success lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients (fund managers, partners, allocators), ensuring their satisfaction and success.
• Proactively monitor account health and resolve issues before they become significant problems.
• Collect and disseminate client feedback to enhance our products and service delivery.
• Ensure accurate client data and engagement metrics are maintained in CRM systems.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across various time zones to achieve high-quality results.
• Regularly meet or surpass client retention and satisfaction key performance indicators (KPIs).
• 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services (preferably in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or financial services).
• Excellent English communication skills (near-native proficiency) — both in writing and speaking.
• Strong focus on detail, organization, and accountability.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely with global teams and clients across different time zones.
• Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards.
• Proactive and resourceful — you anticipate client needs and develop creative solutions.
• An interest in finance, private markets, or investment operations is a plus.
