This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients with an emphasis on retention, growth, and satisfaction (NPS).
• Evaluate paid advertising campaigns (mainly Meta Ads), pinpointing areas for optimization.
• Track key performance indicators such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, LTV, churn, and CPL.
• Facilitate strategic meetings and deliver performance presentations.
• Actively work to minimize churn by foreseeing risks and suggesting solutions.
• Convert data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (traffic, creative, technology) to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Assist in enhancing Customer Success processes.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related areas.
• Background in digital marketing or performance-based agencies.
• Proficient in Meta Ads and capable of analyzing performance metrics.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and formulate strategies.
• Excellent consultative, solution-focused communication abilities.
• Ability to independently manage multiple clients at once.
