This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist the Customer Success Projects team with the coordination, documentation, and execution support related to customer onboarding and supply chain implementation initiatives.
• Ensure that project plans, deliverables, and communications are well-organized, accurate, and completed within the designated timelines.
• Monitor deliverables and dependencies across various functions including Sales, Operations, Customer Success, IT, and Quality Assurance.
• Maintain organized project documentation.
• Manage logistics and materials for customer workshops.
• Facilitate lane mapping activities by gathering necessary inputs.
• Aid in the setup of KPI reporting and track systems integration.
• Assist in preparing for the handover to Operations and Customer Service.
• Relevant experience in project coordination, customer onboarding, operations support, or supply chain/logistics coordination is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Project management certification (e.g., CAPM, Prince2 Foundation, PMP) is advantageous but not mandatory for the coordinator level.
• Exceptional organization, prioritization, and follow-through abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
