Customer Success Partner, Mid Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Collaborate with clients to implement their digital training strategy using the 360Learning platform.

β€’ Analyze key business objectives of customers and evaluate platform usage to uncover potential opportunities.

β€’ Assess benchmarks and best practices, formulating action plans to take advantage of identified opportunities.

β€’ Facilitate the renewal of contracts by assisting customers in reaching their desired outcomes.

β€’ Organize resources to meet customer needs (technical, educational, etc.).

β€’ Build and sustain strategic partnerships that lead to measurable business results and lasting value.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Success position.

β€’ Prior experience in an HR Tech or Learning Solution SaaS environment.

β€’ Experience working within the SaaS industry.

β€’ Familiarity with customer success KPIs.

β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

β€’ Capability to understand client needs and challenges.

β€’ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
