This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Collaborate with clients to implement their digital training strategy using the 360Learning platform.
β’ Analyze key business objectives of customers and evaluate platform usage to uncover potential opportunities.
β’ Assess benchmarks and best practices, formulating action plans to take advantage of identified opportunities.
β’ Facilitate the renewal of contracts by assisting customers in reaching their desired outcomes.
β’ Organize resources to meet customer needs (technical, educational, etc.).
β’ Build and sustain strategic partnerships that lead to measurable business results and lasting value.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Success position.
β’ Prior experience in an HR Tech or Learning Solution SaaS environment.
β’ Experience working within the SaaS industry.
β’ Familiarity with customer success KPIs.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
β’ Capability to understand client needs and challenges.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent qualification.
