Customer Success Partner – Mental Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete customer success lifecycle within the Mental Health sector.

• Develop and enhance strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities and facilitating growth.

• Convert market insights and partner requirements into innovative, scalable solutions.

• Lead the preparation of proposals and tenders, crafting impactful, high-quality submissions.

• Work collaboratively across teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing service delivery.

• Demonstrate impact through data-driven insights and compelling outcome narratives.

• Strong comprehension of healthcare systems, funding mechanisms, and key stakeholders.

• Proven capability to manage complex proposals and engage stakeholders effectively.
