Customer Success Partner – Aged Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

• Drive growth and success across a portfolio of our Aged Care partners.

• Identify and unlock new opportunities by leveraging market and customer insights.

• Establish strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

• Lead the creation of compelling proposals, tenders, and innovative solutions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless implementation and continuous optimization.

• Monitor, assess, and communicate the value and impact delivered to our customers.

• Experience in partnerships, customer success, or business development.

• Knowledge of the Aged Care sector or the broader health ecosystem is highly beneficial.

• Strong commercial acumen with an emphasis on growth and opportunity identification.

• Demonstrated ability to influence, engage, and present to senior stakeholders.

• A passion for enhancing outcomes for aging populations.

• A proactive and inquisitive mindset capable of navigating complex situations.
