Customer Success Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +20 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary operational partner and strategist for the Customer Success and Solutions (CS) organization.

• Take charge of significant initiatives, overseeing everything from analysis and scoping to execution, optimization, and monitoring.

• Work closely with CS leadership and frontline managers to foster trust in operational processes.

• Develop dashboards featuring essential CS metrics, including customer health, churn, and expansions.

• Manage CS operational initiatives from start to finish, transforming strategies into actionable plans.

• Serve as the main liaison between CS and Business Systems, converting technical requirements into practical solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar operational role.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to translate data into actionable insights and business cases.

• Solid project management experience, adept at proposing, managing, and completing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.

• Technically proficient, with hands-on knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and CS platforms (e.g., Zendesk).

• Exceptional communication skills, able to connect technical teams with leadership effectively.

• Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model (Nice to Have).

• Familiarity with BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) (Nice to Have).

• Experience with customer journey mapping or lifecycle program design (Nice to Have).
