This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Provide support to the sales team and clients within the HOA business sector.
• Promote the use and adoption of HOA products and systems.
• Perform analysis of the business environment and assess usage.
• Develop improvement strategies and deliver training to CMC personnel.
• Aid in the creation of user manuals and training for sales representatives.
• Offer support for bank transitions for significant clients.
• Participate in sales prospecting activities and keep a record of opportunities.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or 4 or more years of related experience.
• Work experience should include pertinent experience in the financial sector.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of general banking, encompassing knowledge of bank products, services, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
