This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee, configure, and enhance HubSpot Service Hub, guaranteeing governance and data integrity.
• Develop and manage pipelines, tickets, workflows, SLAs, and dashboards, organizing processes for Customer Experience (CX), Customer Success (CS), and support.
• Create strategic metrics and reports to track the customer journey and assist leadership.
• Execute integrations between various tools and establish automations aimed at customer support and success.
• Propel ongoing enhancements to the customer experience, facilitating scalable, data-driven processes.
• Provide training on tool utilization, fostering best practices and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree either in progress or completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Practical, demonstrated experience with HubSpot.
• Advanced expertise in HubSpot Service Hub.
• Proficient in configuring and managing the platform.
• Experience with workflows, automations, pipelines, tickets, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Support operations.
• Knowledge of metrics, reporting, and data management.
