• Cultivate robust relationships with users to comprehend their needs and goals.
• Offer proactive assistance and guidance to users, ensuring they gain maximum benefit from our products and services.
• Perform regular check-ins with users to evaluate their satisfaction levels and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address user concerns and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the user community.
• Keep precise user records and update pertinent information in the CRM system.
• Remain informed about industry trends and best practices to effectively counsel users on optimizing their success.
• Demonstrated experience as a Customer Success Officer or in a similar customer-facing position.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to multitask and manage various user relationships simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer success management tools.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Tagalog and English, both spoken and written, with the capability to communicate and translate effectively between the two languages.
