β€’ Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients from around the globe

β€’ Oversee the onboarding process and manage projects and campaigns

β€’ Provide clear, timely, and professional communication in English

β€’ Coordinate requests, manage expectations, and assist the internal team

β€’ Strategically act to ensure client satisfaction and promote retention


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Background in Customer Success, Account Management, or agency client services

β€’ Well-organized, proactive, and communicative individual

β€’ Familiarity with the U.S. market is advantageous

β€’ Intermediate English proficiency is a plus
