• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients from around the globe

• Oversee the onboarding process and manage projects and campaigns

• Provide clear, timely, and professional communication in English

• Coordinate requests, manage expectations, and assist the internal team

• Strategically act to ensure client satisfaction and promote retention

• Background in Customer Success, Account Management, or agency client services

• Well-organized, proactive, and communicative individual

• Familiarity with the U.S. market is advantageous

• Intermediate English proficiency is a plus
