This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Manage daily operations at customer locations, ensuring the optimal functionality of Locus robots.
• Assist in project management, technical delivery, and the development of customer relationships to guarantee effective, scalable, and high-performing robotic solutions.
• Develop and implement clear communication strategies; provide regular, data-driven status reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of Locus Robotics warehouse automation deployments, handling everything from planning and installation to post-launch support.
• Conduct post-project assessments to gather insights and pinpoint opportunities for ongoing improvement and growth.
• Facilitate on-site preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, repairs, and system upgrades; manage service documentation, RMA, and support tickets (Salesforce).
• Serve as the primary technical escalation contact, offering both on-site and remote support for troubleshooting, mapping, and system enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• Over 3 years of practical experience in Project Management.
• More than 3 years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• At least 3 years of experience in third-party logistics, logistics, and supply chain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
• Extensive experience managing outward-facing project teams that include dedicated cross-functional staff, client resources, and external vendors.
• Familiarity with network technologies such as routers, Wi-Fi, switches, and firewalls.
• A valid passport for APAC travel and a valid driver’s license are mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites throughout the APAC region, primarily focusing on Australia, with occasional trips to New Zealand, Singapore, and Japan.
• Must reside in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia, and be legally authorized to work in Australia without sponsorship, now or in the future.
• A valid passport and a valid driver’s license are required.
• This position necessitates travel within Australia and APAC countries, with travel outside of Australia likely to be around 10% per year.
