This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for addressing product and technical inquiries pertaining to Voice AI solutions, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and robust product adoption.
• Design, enhance, and sustain Voice AI workflows, which encompass prompt design, speech recognition, and natural interaction.
• Assist and educate customers in effectively utilizing Voice AI and SaaS products, including onboarding and coaching sessions.
• Evaluate user feedback and performance metrics to consistently enhance product quality, language models, and customer-success methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to develop Voice AI features and automate internal processes.
• Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities while actively participating in the expansion of existing customer relationships.
• Play a role in establishing the customer-success framework, for instance, by developing knowledge bases, FAQ systems, and Voice AI demonstrations.
• Deliver technical customer support via phone, voice calls, or ticketing systems to swiftly and proficiently resolve technical issues.
• A keen interest in artificial intelligence, particularly Voice AI technologies, and the evolution of generative language systems.
• Some professional experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with voice and AI platforms such as fonio, VAPI.ai, retell.ai, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, or similar tools is advantageous.
• A strong affinity for software and ideally hands-on experience with SaaS solutions like Userpilot, Intercom, or comparable systems.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation, and a commitment to achieving visible results and measurable customer success.
• Capability to analyze processes, clearly identify improvement opportunities, and implement them effectively.
• Enjoyment in direct interaction and communication with customers, demonstrating empathy, openness, and a strong service orientation.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
