Customer Success Manager – VC Backed Startups

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of customer relationships to foster adoption, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.

• Design and implement customer success strategies aimed at renewals and growth.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to assist customers in reaching their business objectives.

• Create scalable processes for customer onboarding, enablement, and support.

• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience.

• Develop playbooks and success metrics to maximize customer engagement.

• Champion customer needs and relay feedback to product and engineering teams.

• Implement and oversee customer success tools such as Gainsight, ChurnZero, Zendesk, and HubSpot.

• Submit an application to become part of SignalFire’s Talent Ecosystem.

• Partner with SignalFire talent associates or leaders from portfolio companies when a suitable match is found.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar field.

• Experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment.

• Demonstrated success in driving renewals, expansion, and customer retention.

• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, enterprise customers, or technical products is an advantage.

• Knowledge of customer success platforms like Gainsight, ChurnZero, and Totango.

• A data-driven approach with experience in monitoring NPS, churn, and engagement metrics.
