This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the comprehensive customer relationship within a designated portfolio, encompassing onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
• Collaborate with teams across Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, and leadership to identify and capitalize on customer value and revenue opportunities.
• Interact daily with customers, monitoring performance metrics and utilizing Vitally datasets to enhance customer engagements.
• Conduct structured customer interactions, including regular cadence calls and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), with well-defined agendas, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
• Fulfill commitments and adhere to timelines for both customer-facing and internal processes.
• Develop and sustain expertise in Trovata TMS, covering aspects such as cash positioning, forecasting, bank connectivity, money movement workflows, and capital markets.
• Proactively identify, evaluate, and flag customer risks, working collaboratively with the team to mitigate and resolve them.
• Advocate for the customer's perspective in treasury workflow enhancements and collaborate with Product to prioritize the Trovata TMS roadmap.
• 5–7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing software role, ideally supporting finance or treasury teams.
• Practical experience with a Treasury Management System, cash management platform, or ERP and accounting systems is essential.
• Direct experience with Trovata TMS, Kyriba, GTreasury, or similar treasury platforms is advantageous.
• Capability to manage multiple customers across various sectors while ensuring meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness in onboarding and training.
• Proven history of driving customer outcomes and leading renewal or expansion discussions.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build positive business relationships with senior management and C-Suite executives.
• Technical proficiency related to product use and the ability to become a product expert.
• Strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
• Educational or professional background in treasury, accounting, or finance.
• Familiarity with core treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, bank connectivity, and reconciliation.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Vitally.
