Customer Success Manager – Switzerland

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Proactive oversight of our B2B clientele, including ongoing assessment of utilized tools and the identification of opportunities for optimization.

β€’ Focus on the Swiss customer segment, taking charge of both technical and organizational decision-making.

β€’ Implement a structured onboarding process for new clients to facilitate optimal product adoption.

β€’ Provide guidance to B2B clients from various sectors on technical and organizational issues in close collaboration with Tech, Customer Service, Project Management, Business Development, Engineering, and Product teams.

β€’ Assist in the coordination and communication of ongoing projects.

β€’ Systematically gather and relay customer feedback to the Product team to foster continuous product enhancements.

β€’ Deliver support and consulting services to clients both remotely and on-site to ensure exceptional service.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification.

β€’ At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success Management and/or Project Management.

β€’ Outstanding communication skills and analytical thinking to effectively capture and present complex issues in a structured manner.

β€’ Strong orientation towards teamwork and active participation in enhancing internal processes alongside colleagues.

β€’ Robust problem-solving abilities; complex challenges are approached in a pragmatic and solution-focused manner.

β€’ Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is preferable.

β€’ Significant experience with large datasets is an advantage.

β€’ Swiss national or someone who is comfortable with Swiss culture and communication styles to interact authentically with clients.

β€’ Native-level proficiency (C2) in one language and a very good command (at least C1) in another language.
