Customer Success Manager – Southern EMEA, French or Italian Speaking Preferred

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Customer Success or Account Management position, preferably in a technology-driven services or HR tech sector.

• Fluency in English is mandatory—native-level or full business proficiency is required. Proficiency in French or Italian is highly desirable, ideally at the same level.

• A proven history of achieving retention and growth objectives—you understand what success looks like and how to attain it.

• Executive presence: you are equally at ease in discussions with C-suite executives as you are in addressing day-to-day program leads.

• A data-centric approach to problem-solving—you utilize insights to prioritize, take action, and showcase results.

• Excellent self-organization skills and a genuine ability to navigate ambiguity; you thrive in dynamic environments where priorities may shift.

• Familiarity with HR, L&D, leadership development, or coaching is a significant advantage—you'll be well-prepared if you are already versed in this terminology.
