This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overseeing a portfolio of corporate clients utilizing Arctic Wolf’s CyberSOC solution.

• Meeting renewal and growth objectives through consultative selling methods.

• Actively listening to clients and relaying valuable feedback to the organization.

• Guaranteeing customer satisfaction and conducting quarterly account reviews.

• Representing management in negotiations by using product expertise and understanding customer needs to promote additional Arctic Wolf services.

• Serving as a trusted advisor to clients by leveraging in-depth knowledge of Arctic Wolf services and their requirements to formulate strategies for future development.

• Efficiently organizing and prioritizing a substantial volume of tasks and inquiries to address customer concerns and requests, ensuring timely follow-ups, asking clarifying questions to identify the root causes and impacts of issues, evaluating potential actions to make informed decisions or suggestions, and guiding customers towards alternative solutions when feasible.

• Developing and maintaining automated processes to effectively forecast and communicate about at-risk clients; creating risk mitigation strategies to retain these accounts.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven success in a sales capacity, ideally within a technology context.

• Previous field sales experience is highly preferred.

• Must possess the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Strong aptitude for technology, with proficiency in spreadsheet applications and Salesforce.

• A passionate commitment to customer service, business integrity, and data security.

• Creative thinker who inspires others with enthusiasm, quality standards, and dedication.

• Proficiency in both German and English is required.
