This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Acting as a reliable support and advisor on all matters related to the Jooble service

• Focused on increasing the average transaction value by offering optimal upselling opportunities to clients

• Re-engaging lost clients from the existing client portfolio

• Proactively interacting with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals

• Capable of managing both active and former clients simultaneously

• Conducting onboarding and training for new clients regarding product functionalities

• Monitoring and analyzing client usage data of products

• Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure a high-quality client experience

• Tracking key success metrics for clients and reporting on progress


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working with clients (Sales/Customer Success/Account Management, Support)

• Proficiency in Polish at B2+ level (both spoken and written) is mandatory

• A desire to learn, openness to new experiences, and curiosity about people and products

• Ability to balance client care with sales development

• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and capability to handle large volumes of information
