This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the complete onboarding process for new customers — from initial setup to successful go-live.
• Coordinate and assist partners through the Launch Checklist, ensuring timely completion of all milestones (integration, balance top-up, listing, communication review).
• Act as the main relationship manager for all current customers.
• Aid customers in enhancing visibility and performance, such as through improved communication, email engagements, or seasonal marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all communications and visuals adhere to brand and compliance standards.
• Monitor partner activity in HubSpot, manage tasks, and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Conduct regular customer assessments, analyzing performance metrics and pinpointing areas for enhancement.
• Assist in resolving issues and gathering customer feedback to continuously elevate the customer experience.
• Proficient in both English and German (spoken and written) — essential.
• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Onboarding, preferably within the loyalty, hospitality, or travel sectors.
• Practical experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong grasp of digital integrations (API connections, web links, voucher uploads, campaign dashboards).
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Empathetic communicator with a consultative, solution-focused approach.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and across different time zones.
• Strong sense of ownership — from initial contact to successful partner activation.
