Customer Success Manager, Nordic Region – AI, Fashion, SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee enterprise clients by proactively ensuring the efficient implementation and utilization of the Retraced platform.

• Establish a defined quarterly success framework and roadmap with KPI-focused objectives that align with client priorities.

• Develop and execute activation strategies across customers’ supplier networks.

• Serve as the main point of contact for both customers and their suppliers.

• Detect risks early and implement structured mitigation strategies.

• Convert customer insights into product feedback while closely collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

• Identify opportunities for expansion and upselling within existing accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing B2B role.

• Proven history of managing complex stakeholders and achieving measurable results.

• Comfortable working in SaaS environments with established success frameworks and KPIs.

• Strong communicator who enjoys addressing complex, cross-functional challenges.

• Tech-savvy with robust project management skills.

• Familiarity with SLA-driven environments and performance measurement frameworks.

• Passionate about sustainability and driven to create measurable impact.

• Proven expertise in supply chain dynamics and regulatory compliance.

• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic and structured approach to execution.

• Confident and approachable partner for both customers and internal stakeholders.

• Experience in a remote or hybrid-first company is advantageous.

• Fluent in German, at least one Nordic language, and English at a C1 level.
