
Customer Success Manager, Multilingual – EU Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers throughout EU markets, assisting them with setup and training.
• Provide customer support through various channels such as email, chat, video calls, and in-person interactions, particularly in cases where language or local context is significant.
• Develop long-term relationships by actively engaging with your designated accounts.
• Monitor the health, usage, and potential risks associated with accounts.
• Assist operators in maximizing their value from Stora by identifying opportunities and promoting essential features.
• Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Notion, and Stripe to track progress and guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to enhance customer experience and influence roadmap priorities.
• Proficient in English, along with professional fluency in at least two of the following languages: French, Spanish, or German.
• Background in Customer Success, Account Management, Onboarding, Implementation, Support, or a comparable customer-facing SaaS position.
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of clearly and confidently explaining software to a diverse range of customers.
• A systematic, organized work style with the capacity to manage multiple customers, priorities, and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to recognize risks, uncover opportunities, and assist customers in deriving real value from the platform.
• Self-assured in collaborating across functions with teams such as Product, Sales, and Support.
• Comfortable using various systems and tools to maintain organization, monitor progress, and make informed decisions.
