This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assume complete responsibility for customer outcomes and drive subsequent actions.
• Constructively challenge customers and facilitate their decision-making processes.
• Proactively identify and seek expansion opportunities by discovering new use cases.
• Manage the entire customer journey from onboarding through to renewals.
• Cultivate networks of champions and engage multiple departments.
• Transform insights into tangible impact by aligning customer objectives with success metrics.
• Create reference customers and case studies through the establishment of strong relationships.
• Significant experience in Customer Success or similar go-to-market roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Background in collaborating with German Mittelstand companies and comfort in supporting our expansion within the EU and US, catering to organizations with 150 to 5,000 employees.
• Ownership of outcomes rather than merely tasks, with a proactive approach to advancing accounts.
• Confidence in leading customer discussions, including challenging negotiations.
• Ability to identify expansion opportunities and convert them into well-structured business cases.
• Strong analytical capabilities to link usage data, customer aspirations, and commercial viability.
• Comprehension of intricate stakeholder environments and the ability to foster champions.
• Proficiency in prioritizing effectively within a broader portfolio of around 70 to 130 accounts.
• Exceptional communication skills, both in German and English, conveyed clearly, confidently, and concisely at a professional level.
