
Customer Success Manager – Mechanical Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate across various functions with Account Executives located on the West Coast, alongside Marketing, Product, and Forward Deployed Engineering teams.
• Work closely with team members in Germany to provide outstanding customer outcomes and lasting value.
• Oversee software rollouts, ensuring quick and measurable realization of customer value.
• Serve as the main point of contact for strategic accounts.
• Manage senior engineering stakeholders and coordinate with internal Synera AI, Academy, and Technical Experts teams.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with enterprises.
• Encourage customer adoption through structured engagement initiatives and strategic outreach.
• Facilitate Executive Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Organize and lead customer workshops to identify AI use cases.
• Conduct targeted outbound efforts and funnel evaluations.
• Assess customer health metrics and establish action plans accordingly.
• Expect to travel approximately 20–30% of the time for customer engagements.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the engineering field, encompassing enterprise account management, technical consulting, and account development.
• Strong understanding of CAx tools and their applications.
• Background in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or consumer goods.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze customer metrics and proactively address churn risks.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Demonstrated history of achieving measurable account growth.
• Core requirement includes experience in the mechanical engineering domain.
• Must be based on the West Coast.
• US residency is required.
• Willing to travel approximately 20–30% for customer visits.
