Customer Success Manager, Macedonia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for clients, fostering robust relationships with essential stakeholders.

• Comprehend clients' business goals and assist them in achieving these objectives through expert advice and guidance.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to prepare them for their compliance audit engagements.

• Identify the need for additional services.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee timely service delivery to clients.

• Proactively recognize and resolve client concerns and issues, crafting solutions to enhance their experience.

• Ensure client satisfaction with our services and identify potential upselling opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Over 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales.

• Ability to swiftly understand the fundamentals of various compliance frameworks and show a strong eagerness to learn and expand expertise in the compliance sector.

• Outstanding organizational and task management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a high-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building solid relationships with clients and effectively communicating internally.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address client concerns and issues.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

• Experience with SaaS products and services is advantageous.

• Familiarity with compliance automation software solutions is a plus.

• Knowledge of or experience with common compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC Examinations, ISO Certifications, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) is an advantage.

• Preferred knowledge of CRM software and sales tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Bilingual in English.
