
Customer Success Manager – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage a designated portfolio of customer accounts from start to finish
• Conduct daily Zoom meetings that include onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and regular check-ins
• Assist customers in configuring and utilizing the Whippy platform effectively
• Resolve issues and collaborate with the Deployment Engineer when necessary
• Advise customers on best practices, AI agent setup, campaign strategies, and workflow design
• Actively monitor customer usage and proactively reach out before they report any issues
• Recognize opportunities for expansion and communicate them to the team
• MUST possess either a STEM degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field) OR demonstrable experience working directly with APIs, webhooks, integrations, or automation workflows in a SaaS context
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and confident presence on Zoom
• Practical customer-facing experience managing onboarding, implementation, or success calls
• Proactive attitude, able to identify issues before customers do and take initiative without prompting
• Ownership mentality, guiding customers rather than merely accommodating their needs
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical problems before escalating them.
