This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Conducting outreach efforts through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
• Demonstrating the product to clients, including onboarding and training sessions.
• Researching and analyzing new clients to determine their anticipated value from the product.
• Engaging with clients throughout their product journey to ensure a satisfactory experience that boosts adoption and retention, including regular follow-ups.
• Actively re-engaging churned clients, seeking referrals, and identifying additional projects within the assigned portfolio.
• Monitoring client activity in the VDR, predicting potential challenges, and addressing them promptly to uphold high client satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster loyalty and achieve trusted partner status.
• Participating in project initiatives aimed at enhancing the Customer Success process or launching new Customer Success initiatives.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a complete sales cycle role.
• Excellent business communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with effective sales techniques for handling objections, negotiating, crafting proposals, and successfully closing deals.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to take on additional responsibilities when necessary, coupled with a responsible and proactive work attitude.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt based on feedback.
• Proficient in establishing quick rapport with a results-driven approach.

• Prior work history in the B2B SaaS technology sector.
