This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be onboarded and introduced to our processes, ensuring that you are actively engaged from the very first day rather than merely observing.
• Networking: You will foster active relationships with existing companies to anticipate future needs, gather current market insights, and enhance customer accounts.
• Professional development: Alongside colleagues from Sales and HR, you will receive training to become a fully qualified Customer Success Manager and develop your prospects for a potential permanent role with us.
• Ownership: You will have the opportunity to initiate your own projects and contribute to various other areas.
• You must be an enrolled student (m/f/d).
• What you study is less important; we value strong communication skills, empathy, and a motivated drive.
• You should have some initial work experience as a working student (Werkstudent).
• Being technically inclined and able to easily adapt to new systems is essential.
• You are expected to work independently, in an organized manner, and proactively.
• Proficiency in written and spoken German is required.
• Good command of English is also necessary.
