This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Provide first-level support by addressing incoming inquiries from our partner clubs (questions, issues, assistance requests).
• Triage and resolve requests by analyzing them, addressing simple issues, and escalating to the Product or Development teams when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients by offering clear, timely, and professional follow-up with the clubs.
• Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback, pinpointing friction points, and reporting recurring needs to internal teams.
• Contribute to the enhancement of the knowledge base (FAQ, user guides) through documentation efforts.
• Aid in the improvement of internal processes through activity tracking and automation.
• Travel to client sites may be required.
• Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or a comparable program.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation and effective listening abilities.
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Interest in technology and sports.
• Proficient in office applications (Notion, Slack, Excel / Google Sheets).
• Comfortable with CRM, ticketing, or support tools (such as HubSpot, Front, etc.), or eager to learn.
• Ability to collaborate within a team in a fast-paced environment.
