Customer Success Manager, Indirect Tax

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to establish success metrics and monitor progress towards achieving business goals.

• Conduct educational initiatives throughout the customer journey.

• Create and disseminate best practices along with Customer Success Plans.

• Assess customer health by analyzing usage metrics and addressing critical issues as needed.

• Discover and activate opportunities for commercial growth while suggesting enhancements.

• Guarantee that customers extract the utmost value from their investments.

• Utilize technology platforms such as Gainsight and Salesforce.

• Develop and present business strategies, while reporting on market trends and competitive activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in customer success roles.

• Experience in Indirect Tax is essential.

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• A master’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.

• Functional or technical expertise in SaaS implementations and ERP systems is a plus.

• Experience with cloud software solutions and delivery models is beneficial.

• Strong business acumen along with excellent communication skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
